All their advisers are specialists in their field, and their Client Managers are specialists in tailoring a solution that fits your needs using well-crafted Wills, Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorneys and other legal structures.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Manager in Tauranga to join a tight knit, high performing team. A large component of this role is providing service excellence to all clients by providing advice to clients on Wills, Estates and Trusts. You will actively manage, develop, strengthen and continue to grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring their service levels are met if not exceeded.

A critical part of this role is developing the client base so a passion and enjoyment in meeting potential clients and bringing on board new business is essential. In addition you will be the right hand person to the Branch Manager (Tauranga & Rotorua) and will coach, guide and mentor other team members to be the best they can be.

Your Requirements

We’re looking for an energetic self-starter who has: 

· Exceptional relationship management skills;

· A background in legal, financial services or banking;

· The ability to learn and desire to continually improve;

· Trustee industry experience or related experience;

· The ability to build rapport with ease; exceptional listening and follow through skills;

· Strong organisational skills;

· A business qualification in the Trustee or Financial Services industry
