FCL Metering (FCLM) is a 100% owned subsidiary of The Lines Company, providing an end to end Metering Equipment Provider to the Energy Retail and Consumer markets. Specialising in bespoke installations, FCLM provides Smart (AMI) and legacy meter installations and asset management, including Data and Field Services.
The Customer Excellence Representative will provide administration support to the “back office” processing of meter changes and all service requests received in respect of remote meter disconnections and reconnections. You will support the broader Metering Equipment Provider (MEP) team to achieve audit and compliance objectives ensuring that the highest level of integrity of data is maintained.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to think outside the square and use your initiative on a daily basis to provide solutions for our customers and facilitate the best customer experience possible for both internal and external clients.
