They have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Customer Service Representative who will support the Finance Team in providing a quality customer service experience to both external and internal customers. This role will support customers with their inquiries, process sales order and customer invoices and provide administration support to our Account Managers.  

The Role

This is a fast paced and varied role in which you will:

  • Be the ‘face’ of the company for all incoming phone calls
  • Process customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional and accurate manner
  • Process incoming sales orders in a timely, cost effective and professional manner
  • Provide excellent administrative support to Account Managers and other employees
  • Keep accurate and up to date records of customer agreements, interactions, transactions and feedback
  • Prepare and submit reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure invoices are raised and collected and provide support to the Accounts Payable role
  • Manage office supplies and the work space to ensure the smooth running of the office 

About You

To be successful in this role your values will align with the company’s and you will:

  • Be motivated, well organised and passionate about providing top level customer service
  • Ideally have an Accounting qualification or similar
  • Have previous experience in a Customer Service and/or Accounts receivable role
  • Have experience in the Construction and/or roofing sectors
  • Have experience working with freight providers 
  • Have fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office products
  • Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines

Skills & Experience
