In order to help make this happen they are looking for a National Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the industry, who will support the Leadership Team in creating strategy & deploying all aspects related to sales & marketing.
This is a critical role in the ongoing success of this business. Reporting to the General Manager, the focus of this role is to grow market share through increasing volumes of existing products, adding new lines to complement existing ones and entering new markets internationally along with consistently growing profitability. This is a senior leadership role that is designed to grow, develop and lead the sales team to achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a senior role in the company we see this role driving positive changes and increasing sales and margin growth.
